The Leap Method’s one-week intensive Design Thinking & Lean Startup Bootcamp is a 5-day fully loaded course. It’s an experiential program (learn by doing). You will be given a problem framework and you will have one week to uncover the problem and the solution through customer interviews with the objective to create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). On the last day of Leap Bootcamp you will have the opportunity to pitch your MVP.

Carol Bartlett is a business leader who regularly works with companies to increase revenue growth. She consistently guides them through customer discovery, sales skills training, and sales management using design thinking and lean startup methodologies. She is the lead faculty for Lab2Market-Oceans and is responsible for curriculum and delivery. She is the CEO of The Leap Method.

David Charron is instrumental in pedagogical development in design thinking, innovation, and entrepreneurship at UC Berkeley as a professional faculty member. He is an intrical part of the National Science Foundation’s I-Corp program which is the leading entrepreneurship program in the United State. Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies are the backbone of its content. David regularly designs and teaches courses such as Business Model Innovation and Entrepreneurial Strategy, Growth Hacking for Entrepreneurs, Entrepreneurship, Applied Innovation/Design Thinking, and Venture Capital Investing.

Gillian McCrae, entrepreneur and former start up founder has been supporting companies across the four Atlantic provinces since 2015 through her role at Propel ICT and Creative Destruction Lab. Gillian currently works at Lab2Market-Dalhousie, helping researchers uncover commercial viability. Gillian loves spending time in St. John’s and has had the honour of supporting many founders through her various roles in Newfoundland and Labrador.
